Welcome to National Elite Miss! My name is Crystal McDonald, and I am the founder and National Director. National Elite Miss started with a vision to create a high-quality pageant experience where confidence is built and women are empowered. Eight years later that is what we still strive for and demand of ourselves today. NEM is full of poised, confident, beautiful girls who are active in their communities.
